SERVICE RATES
Services come with a flat-rate pricing, with mileage fees being applicable for distances beyond the 45-mile service area.
Service Call: $135
Our service call is a non-refundable booking fee that covers travel costs, brings service to you, and saves you a trip to the dealership.

Non-refundable and not eligible for warranty reimbursement.
Hourly Rate: $185 per hour
Suite Wheels RV charges $185 per hour for diagnostics during our normal business hours.
* Flat Rate services apply for most repairs
* Insurance and Warranty Labor rate bills at $210 per hour (flat rates do apply at billable rate)

Septic Rate: $277.50 per hour
Proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste is a critical part of RV maintenance, and regulatory compliance is of the utmost importance. Due to the specialized equipment, additional labor, and safety protocols required, this service comes with a higher fee.

All services are based on flat-rate scheduling. Hourly rates will apply for any work beyond the normal scope of requested services.
Estimate Flat Rate: $350
A mobile technician will come to you to take pictures, measurements, and gather data for a detailed estimate. Our office team will then provide a comprehensive quote covering labor, parts, and supplies.
For an additional $100, we can also file the estimate or claim with your warranty or insurance company.
Emergency Service: $350
Upon request, Suite Wheels RV will make every effort to adjust the schedule for emergency appointments outside of regular business hours, including weekends and after-hours.

This fee does not cover the service call, time, or materials.

Any materials or labor needed for repairs will be billed at the time of installation or upon ordering if parts are out of stock.
Holiday Rate: $370 per hour
We value family time and do our best to accommodate our employees during the holidays. However, accidents and mishaps don’t take breaks. To cover the time taken away from loved ones, our labor rates increase on holidays.

Veterans and First Responders Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to veterans and service members, applied before taxes, as a thank you for your service.

This year, Suite Wheels RV has brought on more technicians in various locations, expanding our "normal" service areas. In lieu of a traditional mileage based service radius, we are now based on zip code boundaries thus expanding our new normal service area to help more clients further from our home office at less of a cost to you!

Travel Fee: $150
As an added service, Suite Wheels RV extends support to clients beyond our regular service area. To cover the additional cost, we implement a travel charge based from previous experience and travel time outside of our newly expanded normal service area.

You may transfer the service call fee once for a rescheduled appointment.

If any necessary repairs cannot be performed on the day of service, due to having to order parts or diagnostic time needed does not allow for repair to be made on service date, any return trips will be charged at a reduced rate of $90
