SERVICE AND CONTRACT TERMS
(overview)
1. Services, Goods, Billing and Deposit:
* Rental space, as outlined in the Rental Agreement, is part of the binding contract between the Occupant and Owner for good and services provided at the negotiated discounted rate set forth in the Estimate for the repairs to be provided during the period of storage.
* Services/estimate provided must be signed and agreed upon before the termed contract for storage is approved.
* Total job cost must be equal to or greater than $5000.00 (after discount is applied)
* If services are to be paid through insurance or warranties, any discounted rates would be applied solely towards the Occupants out of pocket responsibilities. Total job cost counts towards eligibility.
* Once agreement is signed by the Occupant, the amount due set forth as a deposit/down payment will be due upon the first day of storage upon delivery of RV/Trailer.
* Any remaining balance will be due upon completion of services including any supplements.
* If client is unable to pay for services, the unit will have a mechanics lien placed against.
* All deposits are non-refundable
2. Limitations, Expectations, and Warranty:
* RV must be under 12ft tall
* Services will require rental space contract is paid in full before storage or work is to commence
* Once the unit is in Storage, Suite Wheels RV may move the RV/trailer as needed for services and/or maintenance to the Occupants property
* Occupant will be given access to property and RV/trailer after service work has been completed, for review of workmanship and final payment of service rendered.
* All other services will follow the company's Terms of Service (TOS) and Terms and Conditions (T&C) at the bottom of each estimate and invoice.
